
despite the rocky last couple of months, I did not forget about my new years resolution posts and have kept working on them to feel some positive emotions amongst all of the bad ones
one thing that really does help me is journaling – a way of expressing myself via words. it’s unfortunately something I just don’t think to do on a regular basis – even though is SIGNIFICANTLY helps my overall emotions and mood. shame on me 🙂 🙂
but I really do want to incorporate it into my daily habits. soon…
